Jill Gustafson
From Asian alleys to
open prairies, Jill's photographs include conceptual work,
scenes from trips to France and China as well as an intimate
view of her family’s farm in South Dakota.
She has exhibited her
photography extensively in the Boston area including juried
shows at The Arnold Arboretum, The Attleboro Museum, The
Boston Photo Collaborative, Jamaica Plain Open Studios,
Johnson's Upstairs Gallery, The Arlington Center for the
Arts, Gallery One at The New England School of Photography,
The Photographic Resource Center at Boston University, The
Gallery at Green Street and The Stebbins Gallery.
Jill grew up in California
and attended California College of Arts and Crafts, majoring
in photography and graphic design. She later studied at
The New England School of Photography and The Boston Photo
Collaborative.
A Thousand Words Photography
was created in 1999 and consists of art shows, art festivals,
open studios, event photography and portraiture.
